Strandhagen is a small and charming bed and breakfast located in the peaceful countryside of Porvoo. Our bed and breakfast consist of 4 cosy rooms which can accomodate 9 guests. We are situated a 20-minute drive from Porvoo city centre and about an hour’s drive from Helsinki-Vantaa airport.

Wonderful women at Strandhagen learning the techniques of mountain biking and relaxing with yoga. The camp is taking place at Strandhagen for the second time, so it’s already a tradition. The two super-women Lone and Jette are guiding the participants into the mysteries of mountain biking and how to heal the body afterward with yoga….
Environment

Strandhagen is a small and charming bed and breakfast located in the peaceful countryside of Porvoo.

Enjoy the cosy atmosphere, a delicious breakfast, evening tea by candlelight and friendly service. The main building has four comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the garden. From the garden you can take the path down to the birdwatching tower and enjoy the wildlife in the sea bay. Or why not relax with a cup of tea in the garden, surrounded by birdsong birch trees?

The rooms

Four cosy rooms at Strandhagen

Our rooms are decorated with antiques that have their own history and character. Both a delicious breakfast and hearty evening tea are included in the price of the room.

In the cosy upstairs foyer of the main building, you can find books, magazines, and games to cheer up a rainy day. In addition to the garden and the nature trail we have a few bicycles that can be used for exploring local sights.
